Pastinha is run by Adam Unsworth in the Algarve, Portugal. Write to hello@pastinha.app about anything on this page.
What we collect, and why
The pilot form. Your email address and the type of business you pick. We use them only to contact you about the Pastinha pilot. The legal basis is your request to hear from us.
The working prototype. Statements, invoices and letters you drop into it are read inside your own browser. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else. Choices you make (for example "this line is a salary") are remembered in your browser's own storage, on your device only.
Who helps us
Vercel hosts the website.
Brevo (France, in the EU) keeps the pilot list.
ntfy sends us a phone alert when someone joins the pilot. The alert carries the business type and the part of the email after the @, nothing more.
The pages load fonts from Google Fonts and reading libraries from cdnjs and jsDelivr, which see your browser's request in the usual way. Your files are not sent to them.
Cookies and counting
We do not use cookies or advertising trackers. We count visits and uses of the free tools so we know what helps: each count holds only the page and the kind of action (for example "NIF checked"), never your IP address, your device or anything that identifies you. The NIF you type and the files you drop in are never sent.
How long we keep it
Until the pilot ends, or sooner if you ask. Then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, at any time, by writing to hello@pastinha.app. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
